Это - иллюстрация к сказке "Волшебный напиток" Михаэля Энде, про злых колдунов,которые замыслили в Новый Год погубить мир с помощью магического пунша.
На иллюстрации изображён момент, когда в повествовании (и в лаборатории своего племянника, Вельзевула Бедовреда) появляется бизнес-ведьма Тирания Кровосос, чтобы выкупить у него волшебный пергамент с рецептом пунша. Тирания Кровосос очень любит притвориться добренькой и эффектно появляться.

It is an illustration for novel "The Night of Wishes: Or the Satanarchaeolidealcohellish Notion Potion" written by the German children's book author Michael Ende (you should know him by his "The Neverending Story"). This story tells about two evil sorcerers, who were planned to destroy the world with the evil power of the magical punch (a drink) in the New Year Eve.
Here I depicted a moment when an evil business-witch Tyrannia Vampirella, who craves for nephew's half of parchment with recipe of that Punch, appears in the story (and in her nephew's - Beelzebub Preposteror's - laboratory).
Tyrannia likes to feign friendly manners and has a predilection to making a showy appearances.
